Eligibility for Cancellations:

  • Initial Consultation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • Follow-Up Consultation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • In-Person Consultation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • Online Consultation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • Phone Consultation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • Emergency Consultation: Non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • Group Consultation: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • Strategy Session: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • Follow-Up Review: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • Maintenance Session: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.

Process for Cancellations:

  1. Notification: Send an email to info@felixconsult.co with your booking details and the reason for the cancellation.
  2. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed.
  3. Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than the required notice period, you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged the full consultation fee.

Rescheduling:

  • Notice Period: You can reschedule your appointment without penalty if you notify us within the required cancellation notice period.
  • Process: Send an email to info@felixconsult.co with your booking details and the new preferred date and time.

Exceptions:

  • Special Circumstances: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions to our cancellation policy.
