Terms and Conditions for Consultants
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying and engaging with Felix Consultancy Group, you (the Consultant) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Professional Conduct
Consultants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism, and respect towards clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all times.
3. Confidentiality
All information shared between Felix Consultancy Group, its clients, and the Consultant must be treated as confidential. No information shall be disclosed to unauthorized parties without consent.
4. Compensation
Consultants will be compensated as per the agreed terms in the contract. Payment terms, including rates and schedules, must be clearly defined and mutually accepted before services commence.
5. Independent Contractor Status
Consultants are considered independent contractors and not employees of Felix Consultancy Group. They are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
6. Conflict of Interest
Consultants must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise while providing services for Felix Consultancy Group.
7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, content, or deliverables created in the course of the consulting engagement belong to Felix Consultancy Group, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice, specifying the reason for termination. Upon termination, confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
9. Amendments
Felix Consultancy Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Consultants will be notified of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Felix Consultancy Group operates.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the application, the Consultant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
